Delete your account

You can delete your GLK Delivery account from the app at any time.

From the app

  1. 1 Open the GLK Delivery app and go to Profile.
  2. 2 Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
  3. 3 Confirm with “Yes, delete my account”.

If you have a delivery in progress, wait until it’s done: until then the app won’t let you delete the account.

What gets deleted

  • Your phone number, email, password, photo and saved addresses.
  • Sign in with Apple, if you used it.
  • Push notifications to your phone.
  • If you were a courier: your driver’s license, your ID, your plate number, your location and your payout account details.
  • Deliveries that haven’t started yet are cancelled.

What is kept

  • Delivery and payment records that the law requires us to keep, with their proof of delivery.
  • If you were a courier, your name, your earnings and your withholding waiver certificate, for the withholding report to Puerto Rico Treasury (Hacienda, form 480.6SP).

How long they are kept: as long as Puerto Rico and United States tax laws require (generally [7] years).

Call us and we’ll help you delete it.
