How do I pay?
With ATH Móvil, bank transfer or cash: you choose in the app. Our team contacts you about the payment before assigning your courier, and we let you know in the app.
How much does a delivery cost?
It depends on the distance, the vehicle and the type of service. The app shows you the price with its breakdown before you confirm. Vans and errands are quoted by hand.
What areas do you cover?
The whole island of Puerto Rico, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
What if nobody is there to receive it?
The courier reports it from the app and we let you know to arrange another attempt or the return.
How do I become a courier?
From the app: send your vehicle, license plate, driver’s license and ID. We review your application and let you know.
